We are very proud of the fact that full synchronization of blockchain can be acheived in under 20 minutes. The results are shown in this medium post and all predownloaded functionality is enabled in the latest GUI wallet release (v0.3.0.86), therefore you can simply run the GUI wallet and sync up in about 20 min depending on your PCs processor.
