Second, those who have predicted that bitcoin will rise/continue to go down have their own agenda. Maybe they have a big stash somewhere so obviously they wanted to see bitcoin rise in 2019. While others will continue to attack and spread FUD so that they can buy cheap bitcoins at the expense of others.
