Initial exchange offering was designed to be in December/January and since this thread came almost almost one month has passed. I tried to access the figures from site to understand how much money they succeeded to raise so far. There is nothing such thing available on site hasn't the public sale started yet ? Switzerland based projects come out with stunning ideas most of the times.

That's correct the IEO has not started yet. Unfortunately, the combination of some technical difficulties while testing the sale process and the holidays forced us to postpone the IEO. We are working hard to start the sale within a couple of days. The expected start date is January 2nd at the moment.
For your other question: Bluenote has raised a little over CHF 10 million (Swiss Franc) in private sale, another CHF 10 million in tokens will be made available for the public sale.
