When the market will become bullish then it will start with bitcoin and ethereum to rise their respective prices. It could be bitcoin and ethereum will make a good comeback after a year of downfall. I still believe that ethereum has power to rise back to rank 2 as we can see many new projects that are riding with ethereum platform. It's a proof that they still have confidence to launch their project under ETH platform.
