since im a coffee drinker myself, this caught my attention. in your own words, how can you differentiate the air coffee vs the traditional brewed coffee? is there any remarkable difference?
Hi! Before coffee is brewed, you can notice the difference in coffee beans. Air roasted coffee beans don't have defects (cracks and burns). After brewed you can see difference in smell and after drinking coffee you can feel effect (more invigorating). This is what every coffee consumer can see. A professional barista will see much more
i would say the smell or taste effect might be one factor that deviates from the regular roasted coffee beans as having burnt ones are avoided. im not sure the after effect though. but a regular coffee drinker would know also the difference. lets wait then your air roasted coffee beans
