People who join the forum for bounties lurk around, get all the information about bounties and all and comes to know that now they require Merits in order to rank up and join one, but as soon as it comes to learning about the Merit system itself, they suddenly become unknown of everything and need others to tell them about it.  

theymos should have a promotion for such poor people, where anyone, asking a question on getting merits or what merit is, gets 2 merits along with a permanent ban.
