Oh, your story continues. It can last a long time. Although, if the market rises in the near future and the ICO is successful, you can count on the return of your funds. But how will the market behave tomorrow?

And where was the possibility of returning funds to investors discussed at all?

I do not know of cases when projects immediately returned money, upon request of the investor.
