As you all know that 90% of ICOs this year was a totally loss. most of all the tokens that hit the market are trading below price. some of catastrophic. some are trading below 90% to 95% of their list price. Majority of ICOs this days have has decided to run token sales on Exchanges. as the year comes to an End, Could there be another means of raising fund for tokens come 2019.?
I am looking forward to another fundraising method in 2019. ICO has lost too much of investors and bounty hunters. successive fraud cases and it is bad if it is still active in 2019. we need another fundraising method next year to ensure investors and investors who cooperates with the project.
You're right about the ICOs community needing another fundraising method which will the stop the existence of fake ICOs and I believe something new will happen in ICOs sphere next year because the statement which was said to be made by the US SEC. Lets just wish and hope it work in our favour.
There is no problem with the method, fake ICOs cannot be prevented if the government will not intervene.
Two things that could possibly happen, either they will intervene and ICO rules will be more strict or fake ICO will continue to exist but we can minimize the risk if we before investing will try to do some research, it's what you called due diligence in investing.
