Hi, which version of the wallet on which OS are you using? If you are not running the current version, please install it - the current version can be found here: https://wallets.paccoin.net/.
If you are already running the current version of the desktop wallet, try restarting your device / computer. If that does not help, you could delete everything but wallet.dat, masternode.conf and paccoin executable in the wallet folder and then start the wallet again.
Before you do anything make sure you make a backup copy of your wallet.dat (and masternode.conf if you are running masternodes).
