I can't understand how you qualify yourself as a good forum user when you didn't see an implemented running system since a year.
May be you should do some simple searches before asking in Meta, you can just read pinned threads about the forum rules and conditions.

this account woke up in june after zero posts in about 1 1/2 years during which time he learned chinese judging by the post history
