It's just being pumped by that scammy exchange , Yobit, I'm reading the troll box right now and people are saying that PRG deposits are frozen lol. Someone need to shut down that exchange for good
When peoples see the price is rising, they will buying from another exchange to sell to the exchange which have the highest price, for this example is yobit. But if the deposit of the coin is frozen, they won't be available to deposit and the coin will become useless, like PRG coin now. It is a pump trap.

Classic Yobit. I was curious when I saw 6,000%+ in a day, then I saw that the volume was coming from this pump & dump exchange
Now I see Paragon was covered by Traders Profit Club (SnipersTube) some months ago
When the volume was around $8000 the pump was on Yobit and the price was pumped above $8 dollars and after the dump STEX started with same action..
Owners of these exchanges are thiefs these guys pump there listened coins and dump it back to there traders..
Be warned all.
Dont trade on YOBIT or STEX or another low volume exchange where you see pump and dumps.
Founders of these exchanges are inside traders who are loving to pump and dump.
