I think seeing from the technical analysis and fundamental altcoin follow the BTC, and I think BTC earlier this year will go flat and end of the year reach 10k $ altcoin definitely follow it.
That's true. Bitcoin will stuck on this rate but altcoin which has created a fully working product or gained mass adoption will continue to growth and maybe the rebound for bitcoin will happen at the end of this year. Bitcoin has no a lot of volatility.
