Hi everyone, first of all let us apologies for the late reply on this issue, we are here to clarify regarding the office does not exist issue.
We just move to new office which actually its same building but located at different block and unit, a lot of people confused our old address with new address, and didnt realise on the unit no. They went to the old office instead of the new one. You may check from our social media platform that we did posted about our KL new office photo.
Besides that, we have a different office culture compare to the traditional, we are more to flexible, efficient and agile method. Sometimes people who came to visit us without making an appointment therefore it might be nobody in the office. As Toa not only 1 office in Malaysia, we have office in different countries. Lets say if you visit Manila office in Philippines, youll definitely attend by our staff from the office as there are Toa technical team based over there. While Malaysia is marketing office, we do not frequently staying in the office, we have to go out for appointment. Moreover, in Malaysia we are not only running our marketing program in KL, we do have staff based on the other state, sometimes KL marketing team need to visit other state to attend meeting with marketing staffs or investors. Or even our GM and CEO have to travel Manila office or Korea office for meeting. If Malaysia has official event or meeting then it will be conducted in KL main office.
