Well i fell for it again.

I got emails with all these new promotions with only 5x bet requirements and thought Id give them a chance.


I play over 25,000 ubtc and lost. I was suppose to get 5,000 ubtc back with the 5x wager requirement only to find out they will not provide it.

They claim I didnt opted in, when I did. In fact, I refreshed the page twice to make sure I was opted in.


The chat support simply repeated that I did not but they could offer me 10x 250 ubtc bets LOL


This is the second time they've pulled shady stuff with their promos with me. The first time they didnt solve anything until I posted it publicly. This the previous:

I told chat I would be fine with an equivalent compensation but they offered me nothing close to what I am owed.


I know I know, I shouldve known better considering their previous stunts and current issues Ive been reading.


So again i am posting publicly to make sure they give what they promised.
