A pathetic response from the "official" Minexcoin account.
They call it an "affiliated company" but the whole thing is a joke. Minexpay/Minexcoin/Minexsystem and Chain2Pay have no contract with Mastercard or any of its card program managers.
Minex will not be able to get a licence therefore they approached Upaycard and lied to them saying they wanted cards to give to their employees
