Many plagiarists try to make themselves seem "topical" by plundering twitter, ICO white papers, medium, etc for content. It's plagiarism all the same. It is most certainly
not the obligation of the reader to determine the intent of the plagiarizing shithead if said shithead can't be bothered to spend 10 seconds to make their intent clear.
I kind of doubt this since most non-native English speakers use it as it's easier to
