I think its title needs to be updated as Time isn't available on Bittrex anymore. Last year's decline for common for all markets as that was correction in that all time high prices which every single project saw without being backed by solid products. We saw many projects completed their promised products last year while others were slower or didn't impress the investors. Let's see what are their strategies for this year which is considered recovery of caps.
Already mentioned before that thread title need to get update but as you can see they dont care at all.....
About Time price or Chronobank project marketcap i think its not part of their strategie/roadmap.... just go to Time telegram channel and ask about price and you will get banned in a second , Ceo of chronobank keep lying on community that he is in touch with big exchanges , more than 2 years and no big exchange on board.
