The fees are in both BTC and EGC one is just for listing and is paid even if you choose to remove bid or buy order.  The exchange fee I believe is in BTC and the listing fee is in EGC i believe. I don't have official numbers on the rates but be committed to the offers you make or you will just throw coins away.
