It can't be determined but i have seen a little signal toward the bullish trend and consider bakkt has gained a lot of demand. that makes sense to create another buzz to the speculators to make them all get FOMO.
The trend of crypto depends on the news about that.
Yes so many good news that involved instittutional investors. I believe in 2019 we might see a good grow cause of bakkt, nasdaq and fidelity which will help so many institutional investors entering crypto space.
