No, I didn't.

When have you whitelisted?
This is important because I have passed KYC long before December distribution but whitelisted 2 days after and didn't received my bounty for December.

my friend reciecved bounty for december after he passed kys. everybody who passed kys get their bouty in same second. i believe that through contract.

So he had fulfilled KYC and whitelisted ETH address before distribution.

Like I told you before I had KYC long before December bounty and didn't get paid because I have whitelisted my ETH address 2 days after distribution.

So meaning the amount in the spreadsheet will not get fulfilled because you passed the whitelisting late?

Meaning he will be entitled on the monthly reward starting this month. His reward last month was forfeited since he submitted beyond the deadline.

Same has happened to me in december, but for january I will be fine, the distribution should not take too long.
