What version of Amazon are you supporting? Amazon.com is different from Amazon.uk and Amazon.de. I have an account on Amazon.de and my balance can't be transferred to Amazon.com. It's important that you make it clear which site is supported by your site. Usually people use only one of the Amazon stores. I don't own any USD and I'm not interested in Amazon.com.
We are very young project and at this moment we support Amazon.co.uk and we deliver from UK to the listed 36 countries currently supported (we plan to increase this number)

Thanks for the answer, much appreciated. It's actually fine because Purse covers the US version of the store, so supporting Amazon UK won't make you compete with them and should be an attractive option for EU clients. Good luck with your project!
