I have done some bounty campaigns that were unsuccessful.. Also some were scams. But I have received some tokens from few of that projects. So I need to know this, Is there any opportunity that can I use this tokens? 
Sell the off, if you can't, just leave them there. I usually have a separate wallet, where I keep valuable coins. Which means I do not bother myself with shit coins, except I have the opportunity to sell them of.
Even at that, I usually ensure that most of the coins I have are good and genuine ones, so as not to record unnecessary loss. You can achieve this through proper research.
