Yes, the platform that has been already launched is the beta for testing. The main platform will be released in January 2019.

So what is the process on the testing stage? Can anyone join or is there a need to register?

I'm not aware of this testing stage that you guys are calling it.

Well first is that you may need to register on the website in order to be considered for the beta testing. I think that there are just going to be some minor updates on the platform before it officially goes live.
