I think that cause all best forum in internet like blackhhatworld.com working like that and they do not have scammers at all and they dont need either escrow
go check how it works on blackhatworld.com forum if you wann post in their marketplace you must pay 200 $ but 0 scammers in that forum !
Probably because they are reputable and people have things to lose there. I doubt that people on BlackHatWorld would trust me with a $1000 trade (without escrow) just because I created an account and paid the $200 entry fee.
Meanwhile, your forum is unknown, you aren't trusted and IMO the price is too cheap if its meant to keep the scammers out. I could pay the $30 and scam somebody for $100. Easy money, huh?
