For me, it depends on people the reason why they are afraid, if you are contented in the current price of Bitcoin then they would sell it but if they want a higher amount of money then hold it. Its just a rumor that Bitcoin will die or it will ends do not be panic or afraid because its normal. Sell if you are afraid that the bitcoin price will never be rise and hold when you think that it will raise again sooner or later.
