it's just a prediction, everyone may think differently about the future of bitcoin because that's just their assumption. back to our selves whether we want to believe this.
At the start of previous year many legends predicted that bitcoin will be 50K by the end of 2018 but it did not happen and we saw totally opposite of it. Similarly now people are predicting very low price of bitcoin for 2019, but we never know that again their predictions become wrong and bitcoin might be all time high against most people predictions.
