If your localbitcoin wallet where the escrow sent the Bitcoins you own doesn't show that you have 0.034 BTC then there is a problem with LBC. Better contact their support, but unfortunately those kinds of platforms doesn't answer immediately to customers email so what you can do for now is just wait for their response.
