Yes for now only after every weekly rake contribution per player report is published since the maximum a player can withdraw depends on the rake contribution. I have to do it to promote ring games and not just 'farm' the freerolls and withdraw. I'm giving 0.005 btc every 30 mins and it's very easy to win since it's just a small community. So I need the players to play the ring games so that when I invite my local friends, it won't look like a ghost town.
