Hello, just trying to update to latest fw version

Keep getting "tar short read"

I unzipped the file as per the instructions, and then tried to upload the .tar and it fails.

I've tried winzip, winrar, 7zip, no dice.

No matter how i unzip the "UNZIP ME" file, it just fails?

Any ideas?
