The list of coins available for trading is small, because PrimeXBT is for Margin trading, as they mentioned in their announcement Prime XBT allows you to trade most popular cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Litecoin and those are there. No one use Shitcoins or assets with low volume to trade with leverage. BitMEX which is the leader in margin trade, also offers margin trading for only 6 cryptocurrencies to my knowledge. Anyway, they could expand their list in future to include more and put limit leverage to certain coins.
