Based on their roadmap they have a plan to list their token in May 2019 it's five months from now, so they can still do a lot of marketing and since this is an ICO crowdfunding platform, we can expect to see them promote their project companies that wants to launch their ICO.

I think that is in their roadmap, but it could be much earlier depending on the situation of the market the only thing that keeps this ICO to immediately listed their coin to the market is the market condition and with so many new exchanges we can have it listed in at least three exchange.
