as i said last time during January and nearly every month until April, the months don't determine what the market trend is going to be. with that said the drop has already gone on long enough and considering the adoption has been increasing all this time, this artificial low should end pretty soon and we should enter the bull market.
Put simply - because the market is not hugely over-inflated at this point by an abundance of uneducated investment. What goes up, must come down and this year boy did it come down.

goes up doesn't mean it should automatically come down too. the reason for the rise determines whether the price should "correct" afterwards or not. otherwise there is no reason for all the rises to end with a drop.
