But these kind of ICOs/MLMs are very interesting for people that are earning money by referring other people - they earn big commisions and that makes these project so popular even they are scam

They are scam as you said but are you still interested with that scam?.Its better just to stay away from them and dont invest any amount from their platform. Its 2019 already and everyone should invest wisely from now on.
