As per Charts , I believe this is the highest bottom we are touching. if we see 7 days charts there is a grow. Most are touching now 90-95% decrements.

The current crypto market is difficult to judge if it is the highest bottom. Both Bitcoin and Altcoins become not much volatile in this January 2019. It is therefore difficult for the crypto market to fall lower levels.
If in the next few weeks BTC and ETH cannot go up, I think it will create a new bottom deeper. I don't dare to be sure but in 2018 it happens most times. I hope 2019 will never be the same
