Each downtime or performance failures will automatically trigger a compensation programmed in the DSLA smart contract agreed upon beforehand between Stacktical and the provider. This way, we don't have to manually keep track of all the services you use nor the ones you use experiencing technical issues. The compensation in DSLA token will be set depending on various criterias such as the length or the regularity of the performance failure etc.
