I see potential CUP formation which if the setup complete will make us re-test the trendline that emanated from the last market winks that took us down toward the last year low.

Sometimes traders get completely lost in their analyses, so take a moment and think about this, bull markets do not happen in a matter of days they take months or years to develop and in the case of slow markets a bull market can last even a decade, bear markets are the ones that can be quite sudden and take everyone by surprise so for the time being forget about the bull market appearing in January because it wont.
You're right buddy and I still wonder why some cryptoneirs believes the bull run market will just happen over night despite how depth of losses which some crypto currencies investors/traders encountered through last year market. However, before the bull run market could happen the market need to be well stable first and the investors must gain their trust back.
