Indeed this ecosystem is not ready for release of crypto base card unfortunately we are loosing our money to scammers like that. That is bad luck of all investors who invested into this kind of project but the team cares about only money not to develop a solid system.
Developers should be able to anticipate this kind of market situation and they can still develop the project according to their initial goals, so that all work can be completed on time. There seems to be nothing we can hope for, because they only actively work when raising funds and this has always been the case in recent project averages.
