Btc dropped to 3k almost few weeks ago so how we can say eth can be 1000 dollar after fork? We need big bull market for this so we should ask can bull market come soon or not, according to me bulls are not coming still.
you're right, it's hard to get ethereum back to $ 1000 without the help of the bull market. hardfork is just a speculation for people to want to go back to the market. but all of that won't work if no pump happens.
