In my opinion, what he said is true, there is no such thing as bad time to enter the cryptoworld, everything depends on how you manage and how you play your investments, have a plan and make contingency plans, and you will definitely earn even though the market is not looking good. So for me, I agree with all times are good to enter crypto.
