Even if CTR rate is low, still dozens of clicks are delivered but I got credited nothing. So you actually offer $0.0 CPC?

Only one click per IP is counted every 24 hours. You receive the payment for all valid clicks, if they are not credited to your account it is because the traffic is invalid. Regards!
