To put it in simple terms the answer is most definitely not!

Let me ask everyone another question relating to this topic:
If you worked 40 hours for the week, from Monday to Friday, would you expect to be paid after you worked?  Which is Friday
Or, would you be satisfied with waiting 48 hours and being paid on Sunday or even Monday.
I would want my money immediately, why make wait for a delay?

In many countries you get paid once a month, where I live I get paid on the 3rd or 4th day of each month. All the work I did from January 2 to today January 7 will not be paid until 4 weeks from now. People are used to it.
Now if a casino delays payments on purpose for some reason, it is important to ask why. If they do this to all customers or you only. If the situation is unfair then of course you have the right to complain.
You can always send an email to their license (if they have one).
