Although of course, we will not see such rally as in late 2017. This is most likely to take place next year - as ever since BTC went public in long term one scheme repeats over and over again:

1. Build the trust/become interesting opportunity for investing. Prices slowly rise.
2. Start the hype. Prices skyrocket to reach "overbought" level. This is when many beginners enter the market.
3. Correction. Prices go down.
4. Panic. Prices fall down. Beginners sell of making it even worse.
5. "Bitcoin is dead". This is the current stage. This is the moment when HODLers buy. This is the moment we are right now.
