Yeah I agree with your assessment, but one of the blessings of the bear market is that people can buy low and sell it for profit in the future, that is if they can find a good coin that is sure to grow in terms of price and development, Ethereum, in my opinion, is still a good buy for me.
ETH is a good example for this, we saw the dump price of around $80 and when we enter a new year, the price pumps high until it hit $150 I think, so you can see by this that bear market is great opportunity for us to have more coin and not to make panic.
