BTC has been dead a thousand times at least if we consider what pain its users conveyed through their messages whenever it crashed, and such statements like "moon soon", "we'll be $xxx soon" (where you can put any amount like 20, 200, 1000, 10000 or even a million" were criticized by those users only who used to determine the real value as well as tried to teach us to accept its reality that it cannot reach those levels ever, but didn't BTC break that highest record of 20k? It took almost a decade for that to happen, which shows that those who kept patience were rewarded. This means that there can't really be an ATH for BTC because whenever a newer one gets touched, future already starts writing a different story with a bigger and better ATH for BTC.


I don't know what kind of projects you are trying to refer us to, but BTC had been major and others are minor, that's one big fact which nobody can deny here. Other thing, scalability issues are resolved before the timeline by many developers either through testing their method over an alt or BTC directly, otherwise BTC would not even be worth a buck as what's the meaning of having a crypto when it can't be reached to the other party in an "almost-instant" pattern? The next part are the uses: BTC used to be the first crypto to be allowed for margin trading and futures, this is one big reason it can't be defeated in near future.
