It depends if the investor is a newbie or an experienced trader. Anyone who knows crypto and can daytrade can make money in any type of market, but for newbies they should only join during a bull run when everything rises - but at different rates
I agree, but let us not Discourage the newbies from trying, everyone can invest in cryptocurrency and that counts newbies, but for all our newbie friends around here, read and learn about how the cryptocommunity works, especially the market, its a roller coaster out there, and you will fall if you are not ready.
Let them learn how things work around this industry and make them decide if they can survive both long term and short term trade, the timing indeed is very important especially for inexperienced traders, as they can easily being moved by fuds and fomos, but for sure if they are willing to take the risk then they can achieved whatever they desire inside this crypto industry.
