I put together a handful of sidehack sticks (2x Compac and 1x 2Pac) into the ultimate mining machine. Right now I've got a 1 in 9 million chance of hitting a block each day, wish me luck

The exhaust fan is powered by USB (it's a 12v fan so 5v makes it nice and quiet) and so is the fan attached to one of the compacs. The fan attached to the compac is a former laptop CPU fan that's been repurposed for extreme (ly sketchy) cooling.
Below is a series of progress pics:
Note the sketchy off-brand thermal paste and the very secure method of installing the heatsink with electrical tape. Despite this, it runs far cooler than the other compac, probably because the fan is designed for cooling a 30W CPU. Too bad my hub is too weak to crank the voltage up.
