Да именно так, простая абонентская плата. Чтобы сравнить это с другими биржами, где идет примерно 0.1% от сделки, то для этого Вы должны прогнать общий обьем сделок на 10,000$. Это если токены. Если это обычная плата в 20$ в месяц, то тогда надо прогнать обьем на этой бирже на 20,000$.
