Here is a step by step guide how to use our Smart arbitration and mediation system:

Step 1: When drafting your contracts, include one of our Model Clauses. Guidance on choice is provided on our website.

Alternatively, if you already have a dispute but SmartArb was not agreed in the original contract, you can still call on our services to save time and money, as long as all parties agree.

Step 2: Contact SmartArb to initiate mediation and/or arbitration proceedings. The disputing parties can select their neutrals or rely on us to nominate neutrals from our roster of certified mediators and arbitrators.

Step 3: Get a decision that will be enforced via the Smart Contract or via the courts, if necessary.
