What happens if the hardcap isn't reached after January 15? Will there be an extension on the ICO? What happens to unsold tokens? burned?
I don't think they will extend ICO. A per admin in TG unsold tokens will be added as a trading asset in their exchange platform.
That's great, they can use it to increase the volume of popular pairs.
