A lot of us have experienced similar. Best thing is to not panic, and think about why you got into crypto in the first place. The reason I got in is because I could see how hugely transformative the tech can be, and what an exciting opportunity it was to get involved at this early stage (and it is still early). All it takes is some thinking about the next few years, maybe next decade, and crypto will be everywhere. Those losses at the moment will likely be more than reversed as the good coins hit new ATHs.
